Can parents or guardians register on behalf of me?Yes, parents or guardians can register on behalf of students.

What will I learn in the class?When making a purchase, you will select the subject and topic you need assistance with, and our teachers will ensure you gain a complete understanding of that topic.

What happens if a teacher cancels a class or doesn’t show up?If the teacher cancels or doesn’t show up for a class, you will be eligible for a full refund.

Do you offer group classes?As of right now, A+ only offers one-on-one classes between the teacher and student.

Can I reschedule or cancel a class?Currently, once a class request is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or rescheduled. If you miss a class, you may be able to reschedule based on teacher availability, but this is not guaranteed.

How do I provide feedback on the teacher or the class?You can contact us via the “chat” icon at the bottom right to provide your feedback.

Can I request the same teacher for all my classes?Unfortunately, you cannot request the same teacher. When making a request, the first teacher to accept it will be the one assigned to you.

When will I receive my refund?Depending on your bank, refunds should be processed within 2-3 business days.

Can I request a specific topic or focused area?Yes! When making a purchase, you will select the subject and topic you want to focus on.

What subjects or courses do you offer?A+ offers six subjects: Arabic, English, Biology, Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.

How do I track my progress?You can track your progress by visiting your student dashboard, where you can see all your previous requests, completed classes, and upcoming lessons.

Is there an age limit or requirements for students?There is no strict age limit. However, students should be able to understand the subject matter appropriate to their age. Parents or guardians can register on behalf of younger students.

Can the teacher cancel a class?No, the teacher cannot cancel a class. However, if the teacher does not show up, you will receive a full refund.

Which platform do you use for live classes?A+ uses Zoom for live online classes.

What happens if I miss a class?If you miss a class, please contact customer support as soon as possible. Rescheduling may be possible based on the teacher’s availability, but it is not guaranteed.

What are live online classes and how do they work?Live online classes at A+ are one-on-one lessons conducted via Zoom. After making a request, both the teacher and student will receive a link to the meeting via SMS.

How do I make a request?To make a request, click the “Send a request” button under your chosen subject. From there, you can select the number of hours and the specific topic within that subject.

Do I need to create an account to make a request?Yes, you need to create an account in order to make a class request.

Are the classes customized to the student’s level?Yes! When making a purchase, you will select both the subject, topic, and your level of education to ensure the class meets your needs.

How do I create/update/delete my account?All options for creating, updating, or deleting your account can be found in the student dashboard.

How long does it take for the teacher to join?The teacher will join the meeting at the scheduled time.

Can I switch to a different teacher or course?Yes! You can choose from our six courses, but please note that teachers are assigned randomly based on who accepts your request.

Who are the teachers and what are their qualifications?Our teachers come from all over the Middle East and other Arabic-speaking countries. All of our teachers hold teaching licenses and have extensive experience in their respective fields.

Do you offer the service internationally?Yes! You can make requests from anywhere in the world. However, A+ currently focuses on Arabic-speaking teachers only.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept Visa, MasterCard, Mada, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

What is your refund policy?Refunds may be issued if the teacher does not attend, fails to explain the topic properly, or if there are significant issues with audio or video quality. If a refund request is submitted, we will investigate the situation and process the refund accordingly.

How do I initiate a refund?To initiate a refund, please contact customer support via the “chat” icon or email. Provide the details of the issue, and our team will guide you through the process.

How do I sign up for a class?Create an account, select the subject, choose the number of hours, and pick the topic. After payment, your request will be sent to available teachers, and you will be matched with one.
